For Coaches

We’ve worked with many coaching styles as consultants at MPS. Most of these approaches focus on the delivery of technical information to improve athletes’ physical skill and execution during competition. Coaches can greatly improve their ability to connect with their athletes and improve performance with continued education in the following areas:

For Teams

Teams are dynamic collections of individuals pursuing common goals. In any group we can experience interpersonal conflict or friction. Increasing cohesion, mutual understanding, and trust leads to more productive groups and higher performing teams. Here are some of the group workshops MPS delivers:

Mentorship

Brooks Reavill is a certified mentor through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and can provide the following for Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) Candidates:

  • In-person and/or face-to-face mentorship

  • Session review for direct knowledge of services

  • Case review and ongoing professional development
